Note
Candidates appearing for their final HSC/ equivalent examination or those Results awaiting can also apply provided they meet the eligibility criteria and upload all the necessary documents at the time of admission. The 10+2 or equivalent examination should have been conducted before the course commencement date.
Admission to program is considered as “Provisional” till all mandatory documents are submitted by the candidate and the same is verified and approved. If it is found that the candidate is not eligible at any stage (even after the course commencement), admission will be cancelled and fees will be refunded as per refund rule clauses even if selected/admitted to the program.

The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) advises all aspiring students and candidates to exercise caution while applying for skill education programmes offered through its School of Skill Education. TISS has noticed that certain firms, entities, and organisations with names similar to TISS are promoting or offering programmes in a way that may confuse students and lead them to mistakenly believe TISS offers, recognises, or endorses them.
Examples of such entities include, but are not limited to, names such as ‘Tiss Education Foundation’ and ‘Tiss Eduserve LLP’. Candidates are hereby cautioned not to rely solely on the use of similar names, abbreviations, branding, or claims made by any third party while deciding whether a programme is affiliated with Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS).
Candidates are strongly advised to verify the authenticity of any skill education programme and associated Industry Partner for Skill Training and Vocational Training Provider (VTP) only through the official TISS admissions webpage. Carefully review the list of Industry Partner for Skill Training and Vocational Training Providers published by TISS on its admissions website before applying to any programme or making any payment.
TISS shall not be responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or misunderstanding arising from applications made to unauthorised firms, entities, or organisations falsely implying association with TISS. For official information, candidates should refer only to the TISS admissions website and the webpages linked therein, including the official list of Industry Partner for Skill Training and Vocational Training Providers.
- No fee concession is available for self-financed programmes.
