Ms. Manasi Chavan Desai

With over 15 years of experience in Operations, Academics, Admissions. I have cultivated a diverse skill set that bridges administrative expertise with a passion for education and training. From 2012 to 2017,Ms. Manasi was associated with the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), beginning her career as the first administrative assistant for TISS CARE, the institute’s inaugural admission helpline. In this role, she managed admissions across India for Undergraduate, Master’s, and PhD programs. As a certified soft skills trainer, she also conducted numerous training sessions for TISS staff, enhancing their interpersonal and professional abilities. During this tenure at TISS, she had contributed to significant projects such as the Prime Minister’s Rural Development Fellowship (PMRDF) scheme, initiated in 2011 by the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), Government of India. Since 2017, she have been overseeing operations for the Healthcare, Dialysis, and Childcare verticals, collaborating with various stakeholders within the ecosystem to drive growth and efficiency.
